At Luxury Travels, we prioritize the satisfaction and comfort of our clients. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience, we kindly advise reviewing the agency policies outlined below, as well as the hotel, airline, transportation and excursion policies specific to your reservation: 

Agency Policies: Please take a moment to review our agency policies, which include information regarding booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and any applicable penalties or fees. Familiarizing yourself with these policies will help you understand your rights and obligations as a valued client of Luxury Travels.

Hotel Policies: It's essential to thoroughly review the hotel policies specific to your reservation. These policies often include important information about check-in and check-out times, amenities, pet policies, smoking regulations, and any other guidelines or restrictions enforced by the hotel. By being well-informed, you can ensure that your travel information aligns with the hotel's requirements.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. Agreement to the terms provided is mandatory for work to be commenced.

CUSTOM QUOTES TIME FRAME

All custom trip packages will be promptly prepared and sent back to client for review within 3-5 business days.

ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

The Client will be responsible for reviewing all booking information presented via email. All discrepancies/inaccuracies are to be addressed with your travel agent within a 24-hour time frame. After 24 hours; all change fees/penalties will be the responsibility of the client. Please keep in mind that rates and subjects are subject to change if a deposit is not made.



MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Vacation packages are provided by various airlines, resorts and transportation companies internationally. Each institution distributes current pricing that is expected to be modified at discretion of the institution.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

 PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (AIR BOOKING-PACKAGES)
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through our website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to penalty for canceling prematurely, according to our Refund Policy.

DEPOSIT DUE DATES CAN NOT BE CHANGED-FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATES CAN NOT BE EXTENDED

Every custom quote package will advise the deposit due date and the final payment due date, these dates are not able to change in any circumstance. Final payment will be due by 11:00 PM EST. on the date scheduled/directed on invoice. Failure to make payment will result in your reservation being canceled, without the possibility of reinstatement. Your travel agent will submit several REMINDER invoices over the course of your agreement to ensure you are aware of any outstanding balances.

Modifications
Any modifications to the travel date(s) or destination after contract is signed will result in client submitting another payment for an additional quote.
QUOTE DELIVERY
The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the quote unless a claim that the quote(s) are outside of the parameters of the initial agreement. This claim must be made within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
BUDGET
In the event your available travel dates are outside of budget, your travel agent will alert you to consider the following options:
-Modify Travel Date(s)
-Change Destination
-Continue With Budget Increase
Licensing
Luxury-Travels promises that it holds all licenses necessary to perform the work, that such licenses are valid and effective as of the date any work is performed or services provided, and that all work performed or services provided will be done in compliance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.

THIRD-PARTY BOOKING LINKS

As your trusted travel agent, we act as intermediaries working on your behalf to facilitate international and domestic bookings. We understand that policies can vary among different third-party institutions such as hotels, airlines, excursion providers, and hosts. Therefore, it is crucial for you to review the policies provided by your travel agent to ensure a comfortable stay.

While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, it is ultimately your responsibility to carefully review the policies related to your specific bookings. This includes familiarizing yourself with the terms and conditions, cancellation policies, check-in and check-out times, amenities, and any other guidelines or restrictions set forth by the respective establishments.

By thoroughly reviewing these policies, you can ensure that your travel arrangements align with your preferences and requirements. NON REDUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Luxury Travels offers a Reduced Deposit Plan for package bookings with scheduled air and hotel. If a package booking has a departure date of 31 or more days away, you may confirm your reservation using our Reduced Deposit Plan [RDP] with a $275-$475 deposit plus a fee of $25 for a total of $325-$500 per person, which will be applied towards the cost of the airfare.

Scheduled airfares may carry advance purchase requirements and are subject to change until ticketed. There are no fees for airfare cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase. Regular cancellation penalties will apply to the hotel portion of scheduled air bookings. Once scheduled air tickets are issued, no changes are allowed and are non-refundable. Rebooking scheduled air if airline permits rebooking, with an airline imposed change fee, is possible if the reservation is cancelled with the airlines at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Some airlines, including Spirit Airlines and Frontier Airlines, require you to use your ticket within 60 days of original purchase date.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, select airfare may be non-refundable, non-changeable and carry no residual value if there is a need to cancel. Some of these tickets also do not allow for seat assignments and are not eligible for elite status upgrades. Please check the terms and conditions of your applicable airline as their terms and conditions will take precedence over the terms and conditions set out in this section.

Airfare with Spirit Airlines or Frontier Airlines will not be confirmed for 24hrs and may be rejected by the airline. If rejected, travelers may re-book different airfare with another carrier.



 Flight Verification (IF Applicable)

Luxury-Travels advises clients to verify the accessibility of the flight information provided in the invoice within a (24 HOUR) time frame. In the event any guest information is not captured correctly, name changes can be made without an additional fee. Please be advise after (24 hours) any modification to booking may result in a penalty fee. (Dependent on the airline/resort)



PACKAGE CANCELLATION PENALTIES-THIRD PARTY
In addition we understand the unexpected can happen and choosing to cancel your vacation is never an easy decision. For that reason, we are providing you with a chart of estimated cancellation penalties for our partner hotels. This chart can help you decide which resort may be the best for you when planning your vacation or to provide an estimate of your cancellation penalties. If your cancellation window is not listed then there is no hotel penalty. For example, if it shows 48hrs or less is 2 night penalty, then that means that outside of 48hrs there is no penalty(For Hotels Only). For booking, travel or cancellation timeframes not listed below, please call your travel agent for more assistance.

Cancellation and change fees are subject to change without prior notice. Non-refundable hotel rates do not apply. Policies below are not valid for traditional-contracted groups. Booking third-party hotel/airline penalties will be in addition to the agencies penalties. Luxury Travels is not responsible for omissions or errors.  TRAVEL PROTECTION (STRONGLY ENCOURAGED)

While we highly recommend travel protection, we understand that each client has different preferences and needs. However, it's important to note that if you decide not to consider travel protection and subsequently request any cancellation or rescheduling, it may result in a penalty as outlined in our terms and conditions.

Furthermore, please be aware that Luxury Travels cannot be held liable for any chargebacks that may occur due to canceling the reservation prematurely or failing to comply with the cancellation policies set forth by the hotel or travel service providers.

We genuinely want to ensure that your travel experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Legal Statement: Failure to Purchase Travel Protection 

By choosing to book your vacation package with Luxury Travels Agency and opting not to purchase Travel Insurance, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Assumption of Responsibility: In the event of reservation cancellation or any trip disruptions, you understand and accept full responsibility for any penalties, fees, or additional expenses incurred as a result of such cancellation or disruptions.

  2. Release of Liability: You release Luxury Travels Agency, its agents, representatives, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or in connection with any financial losses or penalties resulting from your reservation cancellation or trip disruptions.

  3. Understanding the Importance of Travel Insurance: You acknowledge that Luxury Travels Agency offers the option to purchase Travel Insurance for your protection and convenience. The decision to purchase Travel Insurance is solely your responsibility, and the agency is not liable for any consequences arising from your choice not to purchase such coverage.

  4. Payment of Penalties: You agree to pay any and all penalties or fees imposed by airlines, accommodations, tour operators, or any other service providers due to reservation cancellations or trip disruptions. Luxury Travels Agency will not be held responsible for covering these costs.

By proceeding with your vacation package reservation with Luxury Travels Agency without purchasing Travel Insurance, you confirm your understanding of these terms and your acceptance of full responsibility for any penalties or financial losses incurred in the event of reservation cancellation or trip disruptions

RECOVERY TEAM

Our Travel agency offers a Recovery Service to advocate for our valued clients in obtaining any penalized funds imposed by the vacation vendor. This service is priced at $200.00 this fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, and will be payable to the agency upon request. It must be purchased within 30 days after your travel date. After 30 days our agency will refer you to the customer service team of the vacation provider for further guidance.

This service is recommended for clients who did not purchase vacation protection and faced unforeseeable circumstances preventing travel. Please note that our agency is bound by the terms and conditions of the vacation vendor and can only honor decisions made within those guidelines.(Note: This recovery service is NOT travel protection but rather a service offered by the agency to assist with trip interruption)

It's essential to understand that purchasing the agency's recovery service does not guarantee a refund, partial refund, or voucher. Its purpose is to facilitate the recovery process on your behalf, but outcomes are subject to vendor policies and decisions.


TERMINATION

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. 
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).



Service Agreement
These Terms of Service are mandatory for review and confirmation. To proceed with preparing a quote/invoice for your travel arrangements, we kindly request that you sign/agree to our service agreement. This agreement serves multiple purposes: it confirms your awareness of our policies, helps address any inaccuracies in the provided travel specifications, and ensures that your travel agent is obligated to provide you with a customized quote package within the specified timeframe.

It is important to note that failure to sign the service agreement will result in the termination of our services. In such a case, a refund will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. 

Note a 3.3% processing fee will be deducted from your custom quote package fee for failure to sign the contract.
